Q: What is included in the fee?

Our fees cover your expert tuition by a senior trainer, a high quality manual to be used during the seminar and afterwards as a reference document. We also provide refreshments on the seminar training days.

Q: Who are the Campus Indigo’s Trainers?

Our trainings are conducted by experts with extensive experience coupled with up-to-the-minute knowledge of current best practices. Profiles of specific trainers are available upon request.

Also, all trainers are evaluated after every seminar to monitor their performance. This enables us to maintain prestige brand and our reputation for high quality seminars.

Q: How I can Pay?

Your company will be invoiced and we accept payment by bank transfer in our bank account. Please note that 100% advance payment is required to confirm your place in the training program.

Q: Can Campus Indigo help with Accommodation?

You can contact us with your travel details and your requirements and we can help  arrange your accommodation near the training venue.

Q: What do I need to bring?

Everything you will need for your training with Flexsharp will be provided by us. Most delegates do prefer to bring their own laptops for IT related workshops.

Q: Is there a dress code?

There is no dress code for Flexsharp seminars. Our training is meant to be fun and innovative as well as providing a wonderful learning environment. Most people who attend our seminars feel most comfortable in smart/casual clothing.

Q: Do I get a certificate?

Yes – all Campus Indigo delegates will receive a certificate of attendance.

Q: Refund & Cancellation Policy.

For refund, request for cancellation must be made in writing and received at Flexsharp 3 weeks prior to the start date. A US$ 250 processing fee will be charged per delegate for each cancellation. We are unable to refund any fees paid if the cancellation notice is received less than 3 weeks prior to the start date although in such cases we would be happy to welcome a substitute delegate.
